It is therefore very important to maintain our mental health during these difficult times.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We have gathered some\u00a0guidance that could be helpful:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>1 &#8211;<\/b> Try to avoid checking the news multiple times a day and limit yourself to once or twice a day<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>2 &#8211;<\/b> Ensure you are getting your news from trusted sources such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/egypt.mohp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">Egyptian Ministry of Health<\/span><\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WHOEgypt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s1\">World Health Organization<\/span><\/a>\u00a0to avoid unnecessary worries and so you can follow the appropriate recommendations<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>3 &#8211;<\/b> Getting adequate sleep is very important for your protecting mental health and wellbeing and supports your entire body in carrying out its\u2019 functions<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>4 &#8211;<\/b> Set a routine for your daily activities to help you stay on track and avoid boredom<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>5 &#8211;<\/b> <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Try to exercise regularly if possible to support your own well-being. This could be done through walking outdoors or home exercises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>6 &#8211;<\/b> During these times we also tend to feel more lonely or anxious.
