The following Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy govern the use of the services offered by Wayak.

Acceptance of Terms:
By visiting or using our Website or Application and accepting the Terms and Conditions set forth below you are legally bound to abide by the Terms and Conditions hereunder.

You also understand that we reserve the right to limit or discontinue your use of our Services if you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility of Users:
When using our Website or Application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for restricting unauthorized access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that take place under your login information and account. Your access to and all of your use of our Website or Application, Products, and Services must be lawful and must be in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Payments:
1)All of our prices are denoted in Egyptian Pounds.Payments will only be accepted in Egyptian Pounds.
2) We reserve the right to change the pricing of our Services or Products at any time without notice.

Payment Types we accept:
1) Payment on Delivery (shopping online or via phone and paying the required amount in “cash” or via POS (credit/debit card) upon receiving the order)
2) Online E-Payment (shopping online or via phone and paying the required amount electronically either via our Application (onelink.to/wayak) or a payment link sent to you when placing the order)

Return & Refund Policy:
For the safety of our customers and to ensure product authenticity and avoid tampering of any kind, we follow a strict no-return policy after a delivery has been accepted and paid for by you. We therefore ask you to check the product(s) you ordered prior to making your payment to guarantee satisfaction.

For payment and/or price discrepancies and refund requests related to our own services, please notify us via phone 012-720-15070 or Email info@wayakcard.com. In instances where a refund of a specific amount is validated, and the customer paid the order in “cash”, we are liable to issue a “cash” refund of the validated amount to the address we have on file for you within 3-7 business days. The If the customer paid the order online or via POS (card), we may either issue a cash refund or refund the amount or difference via the same payment method used within 3-10 business days. In both instances, the customer can instead choose to apply the refund as “credit” towards any future purchase or service with Wayak.

In instances where the price discrepancy is related to a partner of ours and not to Wayak, kindly also notify us of the discrepancy, but reach out directly to the partner to request your refund.

Disclaimers:
1) We reserve the right to refuse Service or terminate an account at our sole discretion
2) We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order or membership requests at our sole discretion
3) We reserve the right to change Product and Service pricing, terms, specifications at our sole discretion

Governing Law:
Our Services shall be governed by the applicable Egyptian laws and regulations. Any related disputes shall be resolved by the Egyptian courts
